Important Note to Authors


There are two prerequisites for submission of a paper to the LACUS Forum.
  1. A version of the paper must have been presented at an annual conference of LACUS.
  2. All individuals listed as authors of the paper must be paid-up members of the Linguistic Association of Canada and the United States for the year beginning with the LACUS conference at which the paper was originally presented.
In addition to these prerequisites, the paper must undergo a review process and be revised, as needed, as per the judgment of referees and the editors.  It must also meet standards of style and formatting as judged by the editors of the volume in which it is to appear.  It may, of course, also be the judgment of the reviewers that the paper should not be accepted for publication.
